Booked a Wheelchair Accessible room with modern decor and a nice design and got it upon arrival. the location was fantastic and favorable, close enough to two different beaches, a restaurant, and Egypt. - Went to Barten for a drink or two, located at a medium distance...  

Newly built hotel a few minutes walk from the center of Abu Tig Marina, nicely decorated and very clean rooms, wonderful location in the quiet side of Abu Tig, relaxed atmosphere, it provided a totally pleasant and gratifying...  

That was relaxing hotel set in excellent area, just off the restaurant and two different beaches which is a nice option to have and the old marina and also the downtown. We stayed in a nice size and brand-new room...  

It's a relaxing hotel in a great location close to the main marina. the room was a good size, brand-new, and had modern decor. - Enjoyed the convenience of the wake-up service.

The room and the pool and the price

the hotel had indeed a great location even in the main restaurant. the staff was pleasant and amiable. our room was brand-new and tidy, had electric blankets.

The pool is great and there is easy parking nearby, the rooms are spacious with modern decor and a good shower, and the breakfast is enjoyable, in a wonderful location for snorkeling.

I liked the location of the hotel at El Marina, the yachts, the walk down to the restaurants, the pool .

The minibar could be better fed with other products. Thank you

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the old marina and a beautiful private beach. Everything I needed was just a short walk away, from restaurants to shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Michael at the reception. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The housekeeping staff were also very accommodating and responsive to any requests I had. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is new so everything still neat and clean, it wasn't busy so it was quite. The staff where very nice, helpful and the GM was looking after all the details and checking on the guests which was impressive.

I'm not aware about the area but traveling but as a four stars hotel I'm expecting more facilities and actitvities, the hotel after 6pm there is nothing at all to be done except going out or sleep.

I liked the design of the hotel and its location in El Gouna.

The finishing of the room isn't that good. Bathroom floor tiles were out and risky. In addition, the stay was only b&b, while I knew that for the same rate I could get Half board accommodation (Breakfast and supper included) in other hotels.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, free access to Moods beach, good location for kitesurfers.

All was good.

The styling and value for money

Slow speeds of check in and check out, especially when travelling in a large group of people who booked separately.

The definition of standard room is not disclosed at the time of reservation. In their book standard room can not be see view, it can only be the leftover rooms. It was quiet disappointing!!!!!
